Carers Circle

Caring for a loved one with high needs can be emotionally and physically exhausting. Many carers experience burnout, stress, grief, guilt and isolation while rarely prioritising their own wellbeing.

This psychology-led group provides a safe and validating space for carers to share experiences, process emotions, and learn practical strategies to sustain their mental health.

This group helps carers to:

  • Reduce stress, overwhelm and emotional fatigue
  • Feel understood and less alone
  • Develop healthy boundaries and self-care practices

A$50.00 + GST per group (includes light refreshments)

Runs on Tuesday and Wednesday, 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Her Space

Modern life asks a lot of women. Many find themselves juggling work, relationships, caring roles and personal expectations — often placing their own needs last.

This psychology-led group offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Together, women explore emotional wellbeing, personal goals, boundaries, identity, and self-worth in a safe and empowering environment.

This group supports you to:

  • Manage stress, overwhelm and emotional fatigue
  • Strengthen confidence, boundaries and self-compassion
  • Gain clarity around goals, values and life direction

A$50.00 per group (includes light refreshments)

Runs Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Active Minds

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an evidence-based group program for people living with mild-to-moderate dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.

Sessions involve gentle mental stimulation, social interaction and meaningful activities designed to support cognitive functioning, mood, and connection. CST is structured, engaging and facilitated by a psychology-trained therapist with extensive experience in aged care.

CST has been shown to:

  • Support memory, attention and thinking skills
  • Improve mood and confidence
  • Increase social engagement and quality of life

A$55.00 + GST per session (includes light refreshments)

Ongoing program groups run on Monday & Thursday, 10:00am – 11:00am

Drop in groups run on Tuesday & Wednesday, 10:00am – 11:00am

Loneliness and disconnection can quietly impact mental health, even when life looks fine from the outside. Many people crave deeper connection but struggle to feel truly seen or understood.

This group provides a gentle, supportive space to build emotional safety, social confidence and authentic human connection.

Therapy for Children

Play therapy is a creative approach to encourage children of all ages to articulate what they are thinking, how they feel and what distresses them through their interaction with toys and games designed to help them express and explore what they are thinking and feeling and overcome any psychological blockages to their developmental wellbeing.

Therapy for Teenagers

Teenagers struggle to pursue independence and autonomy whilst learning emotion and behaviour regulation. Our suite of treatments specifically designed to support teenagers achieve their developmental milestones include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Social Skills Training.

Therapy for Seniors

Seniors are vulnerable to mental distress from ageing, increasing health challenges, and changing social dynamics. We offer treatments such as Senior Talk Therapy, Reminiscence Therapy, Grief Counselling, and Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (short video here) to help seniors build psychological resilience, recognise their self-worth, and gain motivation to move happily forward.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a creative approach to encourage children of all ages to articulate what they are thinking, how they feel and what distresses them through their interaction with toys designed to optimise their ability to express and explore what they are thinking and feeling and overcome any psychological blockages to their developmental wellbeing.

Narrative Therapy

Narrative therapy seeks to help you reclaim your life story by separating you from your challenges and problems and recognising their externality. By removing these issues from your own identity and applying your own talents and meaning in life in navigating the way you live your life, you can change, grow and realise your ideal life.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy helps unlock self-awareness and understanding on how your past experiences have shaped your present beliefs, attitudes and behaviour. It identifies your unconscious defence mechanisms born from past experiences and helps you redirect your present and future behaviour to achieve more positive outcomes in your life.
