Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is an evidence-based group program for people living with mild-to-moderate dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.
Sessions involve gentle mental stimulation, social interaction and meaningful activities designed to support cognitive functioning, mood, and connection. CST is structured, engaging and facilitated by a psychology-trained therapist with extensive experience in aged care.
