Hello,

I am the sum of my parts – wife, mother, relative, friend, business owner, entrepreneur, mathematician, inventor, published author, staged playwright, public speaker, and mentor. I am ambitious, driven and a high achiever – all working to try and make the world a better place than when I was born into it. All these roles have shaped the highs and lows of my life, rich in personal and professional achievements, past trauma, present challenges, and future aspirations.

In addition to my Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Sydney many years ago, in recent years I completed my Bachelor of Psychology degree from Edith Cowan University. With my strong theoretical understanding in psychology as well as my substantial life experience, I am well placed to listen to your story and what you want from your life, recognise the psychological obstacles that may exist, and help you develop and implement a strategy to overcome these mental impediments and realise your ideal life.
